Aerial Silks & Hammock Academy One

Ages 7 and up

(Max 10 per class)

No experience necessary, great for first time aerial movers, yoga warm up, acrobatics, skill building on Aerial hammock, silk, choreography, conditioning, and flexibility.

MONDAYS 4:30-5:30PM

MONDAYS 5:30-6:30PM

Aerial Silks & Hammock Academy Two

Ages 10-18 Years Old

(Max 12 per class)

Yoga warm up, skill building on aerial hammock, skills, and slings, wrapping, drops, duos, choreography, and conditioning

MONDAYS 6:30-7:45PM

Aerial Silks/LYRA

Academy One

Ages 7 and up

(Max 10 per class)

Learn to mount, spin, and work with a hand loop. Hang confidently by two knees and learn ABC basics of aerial movement. Learn positions inside the aerial lyra. Class warm-up includes hula hoops and yoga/pilates. Each class offers aerial style conditioning for future strength and flexibility.

THURSDAYS 6:00-7:00PM

Aerial Silks/LYRA

Academy Two

Ages 10-18 Years Old

(Max 12 per class)

Spinning techniques, introduction to elbow, toe, and heel hangs. Dynamic movemtnt around and through the lyra, foot loop positions, fast spinning, and flares. Introduction to duo lyra, and team choreography. Some experience required. Class warm up includes hula hoops, acrobatics, yoga, and pilates. Each class offers conditioning.

THURSDAYS 7:00-8:15PM

Acrobatics Classes

7-18 Years Old

Dynamic acrobatics class for all skill levels. Improve flexibility, strength, and coordination while mastering impressive tumbling moves and tricks.

Beginner/Int Thursdays 4:45-5:40PM

Tuition

Acrobatics Classes: $85.00 per Month

Aerial Academy One: $105.00 Month

Aerial Academy Two: $125 Month

Aerial Trial Classes: $25.00- scheduled with studio office
